I ran across this article from education.com. It overviews how to be an example of positivity for your kids. It really is a good overview of things that are easy to do as a parent or teacher.
It was a good reminder to me of things that I need to remember. So often we can get stuck in a rut and forget to show our kids that love that we obviously have for them.
